***Definition:

Pneumatic quick connector/couplier/coupling is a major piping for air, pneumatic tools, quick connector, no tools will be able to achieve piping connected or disconnected joints.

***Type:

According to the structure can be divided into: 

1.Open at both ends closed: 

No link - When the mother moved to the other end of the ferrule, stainless steel beads automatically scroll out, under the sub-body force due to the operation of the mother and daughter together and disconnect the valve spring force, the valve body and the mother of their child closed, blocking the fluid flow instantaneously. 

Link - the mother when the child inserted, the ring under the action of the spring back to its original position, the ball rolling locking daughter tight junctions, while the valve body of the mother and son push each other to open, fluid flow, O-circle completely blocked fluid leakage. [1] 

2. Open at both ends 

Not linked - When the parent to the other end of the ferrule is pushed, the automatic scroll ball outwardly, and therefore, the sub-body is removed; since the sub-valve member are not the parent, fluid flows outwards. 

Link - when the sub-body is inserted into the mother, the ferrule is pushing action of the spring to its previous position caused by the locking ball, fluid flow, in which the O-ring to prevent fluid leakage [1] 

3. Single retractable 

No link - When the mother moved to the other end of the ferrule, stainless steel beads automatic scrolling outward daughter was bounced off the valve spring reaction force, the valve will automatically shut down to block the fluid flow. 

Link - When a child has a parent body is inserted into the side of the ring when the valve is opened leading to fluid flow, power washer is a spring to push back to the original position, stainless steel bead locks to ensure that the child / parent connection inside the washer completely blocked fluid leakage.

***Precautions:

4. Do not exceed the maximum working pressure when you use. 

5. Do not use outside the operating temperature range, causing the sealing material to prevent wear

   or leakage. 

6. Do not artificially hitting, bending, stretching, to prevent causing damage.

7. Do not mixed with metal powder or sand and dust and other places, to prevent adverse or leaks work. 

8. If the attachment or debris can cause leakage of the working poor. 

9. Do not remove the quick connector.
